Jika tidak ada script di root directory domain anda tetapi masih muncul pesan ini, itu artinya sewaktu instal script sebelumnya mengalamai kegagalan atau dihapus secara

tidak tepat/tuntas. Solusinya adalah sebagai berikut:

1. Login ke cPanel dan klik file manager.
2. Arahkan ke .fantasticodata di directory home
3. hapus file installed_in_root.php

Langkah-langkah diatas untuk memastikan tidak ada informasi yang masih tersisa di instalasi script sebelumnya.

catatan:
di Langkah 2, kadang folder .fantasticodata tidak kelihatan di filemanager, solusinya silakan gunkanan ftp manager dari pihak ketiga seperti filezilla (favorit saya), bisa

di langkah 3, jika anda menggunakan addon domain dan error terjadi di proses instalasi script di salah satu addon domain anda, solusinya jangan hapus file

installed_in_root.php, melainkan anda perlu edit data yang ada didalamnya

isi dari installed_in_root.php akan seperti diatas, apabila error terjadi di addon domain anda, maka anda hanya perlu menghapus di

$installed_in_root["addon_domain_anda.com"] = 1;

kemudian jangan lupa untuk disave/disimpan perubahan filenya
